I need to bitch.....

We got a new supervisor at work today. Our old one was on a final so he couldn't be on the split shift & get the differential. Whatev.

This guy is a TOTAL DICK!!! He walks in with this attitude. You can tell he already had plans to jump everyone's ass. I haven't done SHIT to deserve it, but others have so I guess he's taking it out on everybody?! Well anyway I'm on the phone with a customer & he walks over & SHAKES my chair, and says "Put that away" not a please, or a hey, can you put that away, that'd be great? (he was referring to my phone, it was on the desk next to me not being used...) so I gave him a dirty look & put it in my purse. After I was done with the call I went to him & I said "next time you need my attention, don't shake my chair, there are much more professional ways to do so" and sat back down. He was muggin me ALL day after that. UGH! He wrote one guy up for insubordination because he questioned him. Not rude, or anything. Just said "well why is that?" and got fucking written up! We're all going to HR on Monday! This is ridiculous!

Rumor has it he was overheard telling someone he already had plans to fire at least 5 of us. We had a team meeting today & he threw down a stack of ITRs & said if you don't like me, leave the team. But if we transfer off the team we don't get to pick our shift, pretty much wherever they put us is where we go, and lose $2/hr because he's a cock.

I put in my transfer request because I know I'll be fired if I stay, we'd butt heads soooo bad. I was considering changing anyway, so this will give me some good motivation to do so. I'm just pissed that I can't request a specific shift. If I get put on mornings I'm gonna be SO pissed & I can't switch again for 90 days. Bullllllllshit!!!!!!
